The best way to place an order is to fill out the Order Inquiry Form. Please be as detailed and specific as possible to avoid confusion, errors, and multiple email exchanges. Once you complete the order inquiry form, please allow 24-48 business hours for a response. rm, please allow 24-48 business hours for a response. 

We recommend booking your order at least 2 weeks prior to your event date to ensure availability. Orders placed in less than 2 weeks may be subject to a $50 rush fee. We recommend our wedding clients to place their order at least 6 months prior to the wedding date.

Yes! Delivery is available upon request and is based upon availability. The delivery fee is $25 within 20 miles of 27405. Deliveries beyond a 20 mile radius are an additional $1.25/mile. Delivery is required for all three tier cakes. 

Unfortunately at this time, we do not offer dairy free, gluten free and vegan desserts. All of our desserts are prepared in a kitchen that may contain or come into contact with milk, wheat, nuts, soy, and other allergens.

At this time, all of our cakes are fully decorated in American Buttercream. Some of our cakes may require a thin layer of fondant to apply as decor on the cake.
